CHECK CHECK... Am I listening???

Every week I will be posting an activity online to help you hone your communication skills... I will try to make them as user friendly and practical as possible... so here is your first activity to practice over the next week!
Take the opportunity to check your ACTIVE LISTENING skills...
Using 1 conversation per day... try the following...
FOCUS your EARS
your EYES
your BODY
your FEELINGS to the person you are listening to
ALLOW them the space to speak...
ACKNOWLEDGE what they have said...
REFLECT - How did you feel about your active listening?
How could you improve your listening in the next conversation?
How did active listening affect the flow, length and depth of your conversation?
